Morley U11's summer training
Morley U11's Update :
Morley U11's summer training is going well. We have 16+ players:some of whom are new to union, some who are very experienced, but all are committed, enthusiastic, talented and looking forward to the new season with relish! The coaching team of Simon Enright, Danny Burton, Paul Farrah and Kieran Allen have a tremendous amount of rugby experience (playing and coaching)between them and we are working hard to ensure that we have a friendly team atmosphere with a competitive edge in which all of the boys will be valued as members of the squad. In addition, Sarah Burton will be our Team Manager and will keep us all in line.
We are encouraging parents to get involved and we have recently appointed 2 "social secretaries" who are Harry Joannou and Stuart Westerman.
We are currently training on Sundays from 1030 until 1200 at Morley RUFC. We intend to begin midweek training on Wednesday evenings in mid August (more detail to follow). We are still looking to increase the squad by the start of the season. If you are interested in joining, please contact Sarah Burton or Simon Enright at morleyelevens@gmail.com
